You can exchange your empty cylinders at any participating local retailer or through our online exchange program. Simply order your refills online, and use the provided prepaid shipping label to return your empty cylinders to us.
Are SodaStream carbonating bottles dishwasher safe?
It depends on the specific bottle model. Our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked bottles can be cleaned in the machine, but our classic fuse and slim bottles should be hand-washed with lukewarm water and mild soap to maintain their structural integrity.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for new machines?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Can I use other brands of flavors or syrups with my SodaStream?
Yes, you can carbonate your water first and then add any flavor or juice you prefer. However, we recommend our official SodaStream syrups which are specifically formulated for optimal carbonation levels.
