Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your sparkling water experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your SodaStream products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your SodaStream machine or accessories in the original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
